Danial Shafei’s journey in the construction industry has been one of hard work, continuous learning, and unwavering dedication. Graduating with Honours in Construction Management from UTS, Danial started from the ground up, immersing himself in every facet of the construction process, Danial has carved out his own path. From being on the ground with site supervision to managing multi million dollar projects, he’s developed a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver successful outcomes.

Over the years, Danial has had the privilege to work on a variety of projects, from large scale apartment developments with budgets exceeding $300 million to bespoke residential builds and complex fit-outs. This diverse experience has not only honed his skills but also strengthened his commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Danial has always believed that the key to success in construction lies in the details and in building strong, lasting relationships with clients and partners alike.

As Operations and Construction Manager for a leading Australian construction company with a portfolio exceeding $40 million, Danial honed his expertise in managing large scale operations. His role provided invaluable insights into the complexities of running high stakes projects, from meeting client expectations to efficiently managing resources. This experience sharpened his ability to navigate the challenges inherent in large scale construction, ensuring successful project delivery under tight timelines and demanding conditions.
